Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes! For our 3-meal plan, we offer a pescatarian alternative. You can swap the meat for tofu, tempeh, or halloumi—just select your preference at checkout. The recipe remains the same as displayed on our website, ensuring you get the full Mesa Fresca experience.

How does your service work?
Mesa Fresca plans 5 meals per week and provides you with fresh ingredients and detailed recipes for each meal which you can then prepare at home. Recipes are full meals, simple to make, and take approximately 30 minutes or less to prepare.
In your order, each recipe, with its ingredients, is provided in bags lettered A to E. You should start off with recipe A to optimize freshness and quality of the ingredients. Some of the ingredients can be frozen if you wish to prepare and cook them later on.
Although the recipe ingredients are provided to you, there are standard pantry essentials that we expect you to have at home that won’t be provided in your meal kits such as olive oil, salt and eggs – these are the same each week and will not change.
Are the dishes already prepared or do we have to cook them?
Your meal kits will include fresh ingredients and detailed recipes for each meal which you then have to prepare and cook yourselves (eg: cutting vegetables and cooking).
Is it possible to order less than 5 meals?
Our meal service offers a 5 or 3-meal package with the option to choose either 2-3 or 4-5 portions for each of the meals.
Many of our customers freeze their meats (since they are fresh) and spread the meals out over 2 weeks!
Do you offer delivery?
For ecological reasons and to avoid over-packaging as much as possible, we do not offer delivery.
Your meals can be picked up at our boutique. The pick-up days are Monday and Tuesday between 2PM and 7 p.m.
For those who are unable to pass on those days during the opening hours, you can always send an UberEats or a Glovo to pick up your meal kits at the boutique (by giving us your family name) and then having them delivered to your house.
Can I order only for 1 person?
We have many customers who are single or couples that enjoy our service too! The smallest quantity is 3 meals (2-3 portions) but many of our customers freeze their meats (since they are fresh) and spread the meals out over a longer period of time.
Do I have to subscribe for a certain amount of weeks?
There is no commitment required which means you can order week-to-week and change the number of meals/portions each time.
Do you offer nutritional information? Is it possible to know the calorie intake in the meals?
We do not provide nutritional values because we believe in the pleasure of eating well. We provide the least possible processed foods, cooked at home and believe in the pleasure of sharing a meal with those you love without calculating calories. This is our philosophy.
