Mesa Fresca was founded with one simple goal. To help provide busy people with a time-saving affordable solution for meal planning and everyday dinner prep, without sacrificing quality and taste. And so, we decided to develop a service that brings locally sourced ready-to-cook meals right to this neighbourhood.
Our main focus is providing a premium experience and top-notch customer service while supporting local food producers.

Our Concept
It’s simple.
We provide you with three or five ready-to-cook, nutritionist approved meals each week. This means you can do away with meal-planning, grocery lists, and time spent at the supermarket. If that wasn’t enough, you can even take this as an opportunity to get the whole family interested in home cooking.
We do the meal planning.
You do the cooking. Our portions are generous, the ingredients are sourced locally, and come with an easy-to-follow recipe for you to be able to put a meal together in under 30 minutes. No planning, no waste, no stress! All you have to do is arrange pick-up at our boutique and we’ll take care of the rest for you.

Sourcing local ingredients and our boutique pick-up model also helps to reduce our carbon footprint. Our central location makes it easy for many of our customers to choose to pick up their order on their way home, minimizing travel time.
